As a client of Sentinel Group, you will be assigned a personal registered nurse whose chief concern will be YOUR interests, not the interests of the health facility or health provider. Your nurse will explain your rights and options and ensure that you receive the health care you've paid for and deserve. Your nurse will go with you to the doctor's office or the hospital and will explain medical terms, procedures and medications. Your nurse will assist you to resolve issues regarding bills or insurance claims also.
If
requested, your nurse will conduct a comprehensive health care evaluation, review the patient's medical records, and create a detailed plan to address the patient's needs.
As
health care professionals, we understand the health care system. We
know health care regulations and requirements. We know which questions
to ask and what answers to accept.
Although our nurses are licensed, they will not provide any direct or indirect health care. That is the responsibility of your health care provider.
