One of our nurses will accompany the patient during visits to the doctor and advocate for the patient by asking pertinent questions and ensure that the patient understands the doctor's instructions.

After the visits, our nurse will review the doctor's instructions to ensure that patient and family understand what is expected of them. The nurse will summarize the visit in writing and provide the patient and family with a comprehensive document in easy to understand language.
